Mexico On Wheels has the best Mexican food truck in all Texas. Their carne asada tacos and burritos are always fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic Mexican taste. Great service too!

I’ve tried a lot of places, but nothing beats the birria ramen and tacos combo at Mexico On Wheels. If you want true Mexican street food in Midland area, this food truck is a must-visit!

We picked up to go on Super Bowl Sunday very pleased … great tacos and horchata, friendly staff. We will be back.
